This website was initiated and set up by me, Rezwan Razani.

I have a BA degree from the Department of Environmental Science, Policy and Management from the University of California, at Berkeley, California.

I have an MRP (Master of Regional Planning) from the College of Art, Architecture and Planning at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.

I'm Iranian+American. Yes, two-veined.

I'm currently in Iran exploring planning issues, teaching planning part time at the University of Shiraz, and teaching English. Sadly, the biggest demand here (the activity that commands the most cash) is for private English lessons. It seems that everyone wants to GET OUT! So what am I doing here?

Where else can you study a theocratic utopia up close?

This site will, no doubt, feature many comparisons between America and Iran as a point of departure for exploring planning issues.
