Institutional Framework

This province works to continuously improve its framework of institutions (systems of rules and sanctions) that create and uphold the agreements and contracts on which its prosperous economy, healthy environment and vibrant society depend.  These institutions foster societal cooperation, continuity, resilience and stability.

Government
Our government works with firms and citizens to continually improve and streamline the laws of this society, creating an ever more stable, coherent, fair, efficient, and usable legal and regulatory framework without over-regulating.* It balances tradition and innovation in lawmaking to develop best practices that are a model for the world.
Private Organizations
Private organizations in Fars Province work together with each other, the government and individuals to develop institutional best practices relating to banking, insurance, real estate, financing, credit, property ownership mechanisms, etc.

Citizens
By and large, the citizens of Fars province are well informed, innovative, ethical, and able to leverage their self-interest for the greater good of the whole.  The customs and manners of the culture continue to clarify the rules of fair, co-operative practices.  Self-respect and respect and admiration for our fellow citizens at every level of society is the norm.

All together, our institutions reinforce each other in a coherent manner to create a stable, secure environment in which citizens take pride in their work and are rewarded for hard work, innovation and honesty.

They increase access to information and reduce transaction costs, thus enabling economic and societal growth and innovation and the expansion of prosperity and health.
