I hereby establish this forum thread to discuss the article posted here.

I’m going to start by pasting comments I’ve gotten when I discuss this topic elsewhere. I’m using this space as a catch-all forum.

Note that I initially posted the “US Foreign Policy Museum” idea on an old website many years ago. I have yet to update the post to better reflect current affairs.

A dust storm blew through Iraq and over the Persian Gulf on July 1, 2008. The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on NASA’s Terra satellite captured this image the same day.

In the image, the dust plumes are thick enough to almost completely hide the land and water below. The dust blows in a counter-clockwise direction, forming arcs over the Gulf and blowing over Saudi Arabia. What causes these dust storms? How do they affect Iran and the region? What measures can be taken to mitigate their damage?

There is some place for relation and meeting; Humans of difrent ages and difrent cultures go there and write on walls every thing that they like.
Some people write positive and happy sentences and people become happy when they read them.
Some people write sad sentences or their problems; otheres read and propose solutions for them.
I hope I would be able to recreate this city one day
